The SMART 2 Year Assure Warranty Extension with Remote Management for 55″ Displays (SMA-EOW2-SBID-55) is an extended service agreement designed to protect SMART Board interactive displays beyond the standard warranty period. It adds two additional years of coverage and includes SMART’s Remote Management platform, enabling centralized monitoring and management of devices across an organization.

This warranty extension provides technical support, remote troubleshooting, and hardware replacement options to help minimize downtime and keep SMART displays operating reliably in classrooms, offices, and collaborative environments.

2-Year Extended Coverage
Adds two years of service coverage, typically extending protection to years 4 and 5 of the display’s lifecycle.

SMART Remote Management Included
Includes cloud-based device management for monitoring, maintaining, and securing SMART displays across an organization.

The SMART Assure Warranty provides comprehensive coverage to give peace of mind.

SMART Assure Warranty includes 24/7 access to a dedicated SMART Customer support team for inquiries and remote troubleshooting. If required, advanced hardware replacement or onsite repair is available, with shipping at the expense of SMART. Along with onsite replacement or repair, you’ll have access to support provided by SMART authorized technicians, which includes uninstallation of the faulty product and installation of the repaired or replacement product. If a return is required, we'll also package the faulty product for easy return to SMART—we'll even cover the return shipping cost.

Also includes an additional 2 year extension of SMART Remote Management cloud-based device-management tool you can use to remotely maintain, support, control, and secure devices in your organization. You can manage SMART Board interactive displays and Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Chrome OS devices all from a central location.
