Overview

VSC ships products across the contiguous United States. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Novi, Michigan. Delivery timelines vary by product size, destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We ship via UPS and FedEx for standard and expedited deliveries. Large or heavy items ship via freight carrier. Your order confirmation will include tracking information once your shipment is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Some large or heavy items may require freight shipping, which will be reflected in the available shipping options at checkout.

Free shipping promotions, when available, apply to standard ground shipments within the contiguous United States and exclude freight or oversized items.

Large Item and Freight Shipping

Interactive displays, large projector screens, and other oversized products ship via freight carrier on a pallet. Freight shipments are handled differently from standard UPS or FedEx packages — your item arrives on a pallet via a freight truck rather than a delivery van.

Standard freight delivery (sometimes called curbside or dock delivery) means the carrier will bring your shipment to the back of the truck. It is your responsibility to unload and bring the item inside. If your facility does not have a loading dock or a forklift, you will need to select Inside Freight Delivery at checkout.

Inside Freight Delivery

Inside Freight Delivery is an add-on service available at checkout for large freight shipments. For an additional fee, the delivery crew will bring your item inside your building — typically to your first dry area beyond the entrance, such as a lobby or hallway.

Inside Delivery does not include installation, mounting, or placement in a specific room. It simply ensures your equipment gets safely through the door without requiring you to have a loading dock, forklift, or large crew on-site.

We strongly recommend Inside Freight Delivery for schools, offices, and any facility without a loading dock. Without it, your freight will be left at the curb or dock, and moving heavy display equipment without proper equipment can cause damage or injury.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard ground (UPS/FedEx): 3-7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days after shipment, where available
  • Freight shipments: 5-10 business days after shipment — the freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the carrier links above to track your shipment in real time. For freight orders, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment — please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all items promptly upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, do the following:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item
  • Contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@shopvsc.com or (800) 872-5744

Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
