OPS PC Modules for Education
OPS PC Modules are slot-in computers that plug directly into the OPS (Open Pluggable Specification) bay on the back of a compatible interactive display, letting the panel run as a standalone PC with no external computer or cable clutter. Current Windows options include the PCM13-i5 (Intel Core i5, 8GB DDR4, 256GB M.2 NVMe SSD) and the vPro-equipped PCM13-i7v (16GB DDR4/DDR5, 256GB M.2 NVMe SSD), both running Windows 11 Pro, alongside the AM60 iQ appliance, an Android module with Google EDLA certification for iQ-enabled displays.
Which one to buy depends less on the display and more on what your IT department already manages: a district standardized on Windows imaging fits the PCM13-i5 or i7v, while a school running Google's iQ platform on its displays fits the AM60. Confirm your display's OPS slot generation before ordering, since modules aren't universally interchangeable across panel models.
VSC does more than ship the module: we install it, configure it for your network and imaging standard, and support it afterward, the same hands-on approach we've brought to classroom technology since 1982. See our Interactive Display Carts lineup if you also need a mobile stand for the display itself.
