The SMART 4 Year Assure Warranty Extension with Remote Management for 55″ Displays (SBID-EOW4-SBID-55) is an extended service agreement that adds four additional years of coverage to supported SMART Board 55-inch interactive displays. This extension typically covers years 4 through 7 of the display’s lifecycle and includes SMART Remote Management, a cloud-based platform that allows administrators to monitor and manage devices remotely.
The service helps reduce downtime by providing remote troubleshooting, technical support, and advanced hardware replacement when required, ensuring displays remain operational in classrooms and collaborative environments.
4-Year Extended Coverage
Extends the SMART display warranty by four additional years, typically covering years 4–7 after the original warranty.

Provides centralized cloud-based device management to maintain, control, support, and secure SMART displays remotely.
Advance Hardware Replacement
If a device fails, SMART may provide replacement hardware with two-way shipping coordination to minimize downtime.

The SMART Assure Warranty provides comprehensive coverage to give peace of mind.
SMART Assure Warranty includes 24/7 access to a dedicated SMART Customer support team for inquiries and remote troubleshooting. If required, advanced hardware replacement or onsite repair is available, with shipping at the expense of SMART. Along with onsite replacement or repair, you’ll have access to support provided by SMART authorized technicians, which includes uninstallation of the faulty product and installation of the repaired or replacement product. If a return is required, we'll also package the faulty product for easy return to SMART—we'll even cover the return shipping cost.
Also includes an additional 4 year extension of SMART Remote Management cloud-based device-management tool you can use to remotely maintain, support, control, and secure devices in your organization. You can manage SMART Board interactive displays and Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Chrome OS devices all from a central location.
