Return Policy

Overview

All VSC sales are final. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell, and our return process is designed to be straightforward for defective items.

Defective Returns

If you receive a defective product, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement or merchandise credit.

  • Within 30 days of sale: Eligible for return for replacement or merchandise credit.
  • 31–60 days from VSC invoice: Product must go to the manufacturer's or VSC's authorized warranty station for repair.
  • After 60 days: No returns accepted for any reason. Please inspect all equipment promptly upon receipt.

Credits are issued at the price paid on the original VSC invoice or the current selling price, whichever is lower, less any applicable fees.

Return Conditions

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • A copy of the original VSC invoice must be included with the return.
  • All original parts, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Missing parts will be deducted from the credit amount.
  • Incomplete returns incur a 20% manufacturer/refurbishing fee.
  • Items showing installer or consumer abuse will not be accepted.
  • VSC only accepts returns of products purchased directly from VSC, Inc.

Non-Defective Returns

Returns of non-defective products are accepted at VSC's discretion only. If approved, a 20% restocking fee applies and credit is issued at the current VSC selling price.

Return Authorization (RA) Process

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending back any merchandise. Returns received without a valid RA number will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

  • Contact VSC to request an RA number before shipping anything back.
  • RA numbers are valid for 30 days only. After that, a new number must be issued.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed.
  • Display the RA number clearly on the exterior of the package.

Processing & Credits

  • Allow 7–10 business days for processing after VSC receives your return.
  • Credit will not be issued until VSC has received and inspected the returned merchandise.
