VSC, Inc. is excited to announce that Darryl Dvorak has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Darryl brings extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of operational excellence, innovation and a customer-focused mindset.
Darryl joins VSC following a distinguished career spanning more than three decades at Fastenal Company, where he held a variety of executive leadership roles including Vice President of Sales and Product Development. He was also appointed CEO at All State Fastener Corporation in 2023. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to develop strategic growth initiatives, build high-performing teams, and implement scalable operational improvements across diverse markets.
With deep expertise in sales leadership, supply chain strategy, and organizational development, Darryl is well-positioned to lead VSC into its next phase of growth. His leadership approach emphasizes empowering teams, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering long-term value through innovation and service excellence.
The companyβs Founder and President, Frank Kemmer, will continue to support VSC in a strategic advisory role, remaining actively involved in guiding the companyβs long-term vision.
